
Ingredients:
- Chicken thighs or filets
- 2 TBSP oil
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 c water
- 1 TBSP lemon juice
- Onion, sliced thin
- Diced garlic
- Spinach
Directions:
Mix oil, turmeric, salt (and pepper if you want). Coat chicken.
Brown chicken in pan for a few minutes.
Remove chicken from pan and sauté onions.
When onions are cooked, add water, garlic and lemon juice, and simmer for a few minutes.
Lower heat and add chicken and spinach. Cover and cook about 10 minutes until chicken is done.
