
Ingredients:
- Cooked pasta, run cool water over it in the strainer for serving this cool
- Cooked edamame
- Cooked or raw, sliced red bell pepper. You can use any color you like.
- Optional: grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
Directions:
- Mix pasta and veggies in the pasta pot, or a separate bowl if serving cool.
- Dress with balsamic vinegar or olive oil and lemon or lime juice.
- Add cheese to the top.
