An easy stir fry sauce that you can probably make right now:
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. powdered ginger (optional, but tastier)
Add this to the pot after you’ve cooked all the meat/veg. Stir the sauce through. Let it cook a bit on lower heat until it’s as thick as you like it.
