Miso-Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 1 tablespoon miso paste
  • 2 (6 ounce) salmon fillets

Directions:

1. Whisk brown sugar, soy sauce (or aminos or tamari to be gluten-free), water, and miso paste in a bowl until combined.

2. Put salmon skin side up in the bowl and cover it with the sauce. Let sit at least 10 minutes.

3. Put salmon in a pre-heated 375-degree oven and cover with foil. Cook time about 7 minutes.

4. Uncover, spoon remaining marinade over salmon and cook about 3 more minutes uncovered.
