Yes, really. They’re the fastest cookies you’ll ever make and you probably already have everything you need to make them in your kitchen.
PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES INGREDIENTS:

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 – 2 teaspoons vanilla
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix everything together. The consistency will seem weird, but it’s ok! Trust me.
- Drop by the tablespoon onto a baking tray.
- Using a fork, press down on the tops of each to create the cross-hatch marks. (But really, this just makes them flatter for baking properly.)
- Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
PRO TIP:
Add chocolate chips to make them extra special. Don’t add too many as these cookies aren’t as large as you typically get them.

Bonus tip:
This is the nicest baking tray I’ve ever used. I’ve found that I can even fit two of these side-by-side in my oven, which my other “pro” sheets can’t do. They might be a tad more expensive, but they’re tons less expensive than buying a new oven with two separate cooking areas.
